Madam Bō São Bento is our Katsu Sando & Sake Bar. The Katsu Sando is the star of the show: crisp fried chicken, crispy chilli mayo and coleslaw. Napkins provided, dignity not. Can't be bothered to choose? Go for Feed Me: five rounds (snack, steam, crunch, sando, sweet) and Bō takes care of the rest.
